1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Playlearnia you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (unless a custom licence is published for the app). If you do not agree, do not use the app. Parents and guardians accept these terms on behalf of their children.

2. What Playlearnia is

Playlearnia is a learning game for iPhone and iPad for children aged 3 to 8. It contains short mini games in several worlds, spoken lessons, stars and knowledge cards. There is no account and no server. Content and features will grow over time and may change between versions.

3. Access to the games

• First 7 days: full access to all games. No payment card is needed and nothing renews. This is not a subscription trial.
• After that: a limited set of mini games is free to play each day.
• Full access can be unlocked with an auto-renewing annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm a purchase. This page lists no prices.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The annual subscription renews automatically for another year at the price shown, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• You can restore earlier purchases at any time with “Restore purchases” in the parent area.
• A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for full access on your Apple account for as long as the app is offered.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), not by us.
• Purchases are in the parent area, which is protected by a parent PIN. Parents are responsible for keeping the PIN private.

5. Parents and play time

Playlearnia is a play and learning aid. It is not a substitute for school, teaching or supervision, and we make no promise about learning outcomes. The optional daily play-time limit shows a rest screen when a game ends; it does not replace parental supervision.

6. Acceptable use

You will not reverse engineer or try to extract the source code except as the law permits, copy or resell the art, audio or content, or use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others or interferes with its operation.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its name, characters, art, audio and design belong to the copyright holder, Pavel Larionov, and are licensed to you, not sold. All rights are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Playlearnia is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Because progress is stored only on the device, we cannot recover it after device loss, reset or deletion of the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the app. Sections that by nature survive termination continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change and material changes will be noted in the release notes.

12. Governing law and disputes

To be completed at legal review. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
